    The Ecluse au Soleil Restaurant, classified « Auberge Gourmande en Pays Cathare », serves for lunch and dinner local specialities and its Marketplace Menu. In winter time, you will relish the traditional piping hot cheese dishes such as tartiflette, raclette or fondue, in front of the fire.
